Tony Ferguson Now Injury Free, Medically Cleared To Resume Fighting

Former interim UFC lightweight champion Tony Ferguson was forced to pull out of his most recent match up due to a seriously debilitating injury. That being said, “El Cucuy” has now been medically cleared to compete.

Tony Ferguson was initially set to face off against Khabib Nurmagomedov in the main event of UFC 223. The two mixed martial artists were going to battle it out for the undisputed UFC lightweight title.
