UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley and undefeated rising challenger Darren Till are set to throw down this weekend. Just a day away from the big match up, UFC President Dana White has come forward with a critical statement concerning the reigning title holder.
Woodley and Till will headline UFC 228 on Saturday, Sept. 8. Speaking to UFC correspondent Megan Olivi, UFC President Dana White recently offered a bit of a slight towards Tyron Woodley ahead of the big match up.
“This is an absolutely huge opportunity for Till to become a huge star.” White said. “There have been plenty of opportunities for Tyron Woodley to become a big star, but he always likes to shoot himself in the foot.”
