UFC Moncton Weigh-In Results: One Misses Weight | UFC News

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is now just one day away from hosting the promotion’s next highly anticipated mixed martial arts event. With that in mind, competitors for the card just stepped on the scale for their official weigh-ins.

UFC Fight Night 138 is set to take place within the Avenir Centre in Moncton, Canada this Saturday, Oct. 27. Headlining the night’s card, UFC light heavyweight contenders Volkan Oezdemir and Anthony Smith will face off for division dominance.

Hitting the scales earlier today, UFC featherweight Michael Johnson was the only fighter to not make weight. Johnson accepted the fight against Artem Lobov on short notice, as Lobov’s original opponent Zubaira Tukhugov was pulled from the event after being involved in the post-fight UFC 229 brawl.
