The UFC Fighting circus is back with another event packed with upcoming rising talents! The UFC Fight Night 159 will take place on September 21, 2019, in the beautiful Mexico City, Mexico. The main card kicks off with the clash between the TUF: Latin America 3 Lightweight Tournament winner and a well-rounded, Martin Bravo (11-2-0), taking on Steven Peterson (17-9-0). Considering that both fighters are coming off two losses, we may reasonably assume that they are both fighting for their UFC careers this Saturday.

Rd 1 – Peterson takes the center and starts swinging. However, Bravo returns with a couple of jabs. Peterson starts firing leg kicks but Bravo counters with the jab. Bravo shoots for a takedown and gets it but Peterson scrambles and gets back to his feet. Both fighters are missing a lot of shots. The Mexican starts putting together his punches as Peterson defends against the cage. Big right lands for Bravo and Peterson goes down! Peterson is in survival mode, Bravo is constantly in his face. Peterson returns fire and lands a nice right hand! However, Bravo continues with aggression and volume. His boxing is looking perfect so far. Now he grabs the single leg but Peterson defends. Peterson establishes the jab but Bravo displays good head movement and starts countering with the right. Bravo is just a faster and more accurate fighter. Both fighters are exchanging hard shots! Peterson is looking good, he is taking damage but firing back.

Rd 2 – Peterson starts strong, landing a couple of nice punches. However, Mexican drops for the single leg and gets the takedown. Peterson scrambles and gets back to his feet, immediately starts pressing forward. Bravo is scoring from the outside but now Peterson connects with a couple of punches. Big spinning back fist lands for Peterson! Bravo is knocked out!!!
