The event took place inside the Gila River Arena, offering fight fans a series of intense match ups.\r\n\r\nIn the co-headliner for the night, Carlos Condit and Alex Oliveira battled it out for division supremacy. In the end, Oliveira earned a second round submission victory over the fighter.\r\n\r\nHowever, Oliveira believes his opponent was out for the count long before the fight was called off. Speaking in a post-fight media scrum, Oliveira offered his thoughts on the matter.\r\n\r\n\u201cYeah, he went to sleep, and I changed grips on him, and he woke up, and I had to finish it, so I went and tightened it again.
