Cody Garbrandt is perhaps one of the most talented fighters inside the octagon today. The fighter is a former UFC bantamweight champion with only a single loss on his professional record. Now “No Love” is 11-1 as a professional mixed martial artist. Now it would appear that the former UFC bantamweight title holder has decided to try out some training over at Phuket Top Team.
While “No Love” is a proud member of Team Alpha Male, the mixed martial arts warrior recently did some training at the Phuket Top Team to work on his stand up. In the Facebook post below, the illustrious training camp decided to share the news with the world.
Taking to Facebook, the camp’s official page offered the statement:
“Cody “No Love” Garbrandt putting in work with Lerdsila #phukettopteam Cody is a 1x UFC Champion, 12-1 with 9 knockout wins & a current top 10 p4p #UFC Fighter. An honor to have Cody training at PTT. Humble, hardworking & eager to learn. Showing why he’s one of the best in the business. Cody is also here with fellow UFC #TUF fighter Johnny Nunez (6-1)”
Cody Garbrandt is now coming off of a title ending loss to former teammate and heated rival T.J. Dillashaw. “No Love” nearly dropped the fighter in the first round, but Dillashaw returned in the second for a TKO victory at UFC 217.
