After going 2-6 in his last eight fights under the UFC banner, former welterweight champion Johny Hendricks did not resign with the UFC after his last contracted bout.
After a move to middleweight, that would see him lose to notable talent the likes of Tim Boetsch and Paulo Costa, the UFC hasn’t been ringing to resign him either, it would seem.
It was unknown up until today what the status of Hendricks was, or if he was planning on retiring. But now, in a new talk with Luke Thomas he revealed what’s going on, and he wants to keep fighting.
Taking to his twitter account, SB nation reporter Luke Thomas recounts a new interview with Hendricks.
