Rumor: Jon Jones’s Target Date For Octagon Return Early 2019

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is currently awaiting USADA’s hearing concerning his latest drug test failure. That being said, a new rumor suggest that the talented mixed martial artists may be back inside the octagon sooner rather than later.

Jon Jones failed yet another drug test for his UFC 214 bout, after coming back from a one-year-suspension for a previously failed drug test. Consequently, the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) revoked Jones’ fighting license and fined the fighter $205,000.

The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has yet to provide a verdict concerning the failed drug test, however. As this is not Jones’ first failed test, the former champion be dealt a massive suspension.

That being said, Middle Easy has now come forward to report a new rumor. The new source claims that a rumor is spreading that Jon Jones may be returning to the octagon in July of next year.

Check out the original report down below:

“Huge if true but here have been rumblings that Jon Jones is getting closer to some good USADA news. A new possible return date for Bones would be July 2019, which when all things considered isn’t the worst outcome for him.”
