Former interim UFC lightweight champion Tony Ferguson is currently recovering from a recent surgery. Now the mixed martial artist has come forward with an update on his progress.
“El Cucuy” was initially set to face Khabib Nurmagomedov in a battle for the undisputed title at UFC 223. However, Ferguson tripped over a cable during a media obligation six days before the fight and tore ligaments in his knee.
