The Cuts Continue, As UFC Still Practicing Mass Purge Of Fighter Roster

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is always on the lookout for new and exciting talent to add to the promotion’s massive roster. That being said, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion also often removes fighters from competition. Now it would appear that another UFC fighter has been removed from the promotion’s roster.

UFC featherweight Mads Burnell most recently competed against Arnold Allen back at UFC Fight Night 130. Burnell ultimately suffered a third round submission defeat to his opponent.

MMA Viking has since reported that Burnell has left the UFC and has now signed with the Cage Warriors promotion.

As previously reported, Burnell is only one of many fighters to have been cut from the UFC roster as of late. Check out a list of the latest competitors to have been removed from the UFC down below.
