Following Ultimate Fighting Championship light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier’s successful title defense rematch main event at UFC 210, the champion has directed his attention to rising KO artist Jimi Manuwa.
With Jimi Manuwa on a two fight KO win streak, the tension between the KO artist and Daniel Cormier is steadily rising. Cormier made sure to address the contender directly after his victory over Anthony Johnson at UFC 210. Now, the two fighters are going at it over Twitter.
Daniel Cormier first shot at Jimi Manuwa with, “U better keep my name out of your mouth homie. Dana would be sending a lamb to slaughter. Btw nice white shorts!” Since then, Manuwa has responded with some fire of his own.
