Former UFC Heavyweight Backs Up Cyborg, Bashes Magana Hard For Incident

Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia has come to the aid of Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino and is defending her actions against UFC fighter Angela Magana.

This past weekend, the UFC hosted a retreat for its fighters. The entire UFC roster was invited to Las Vegas. During the retreat, Justino confronted Magana over jokes she had made on Twitter.

Justino’s conversation with Magana became heated and “Cyborg” punched the strawweight fighter.

Since the incident, Magana has pressed charges against Justino. Sylvia does not agree with Magana’s actions. The former heavyweight champion sent out a message to Magana on his Instagram page.

“You can only poke the bear so many times before it attacks you. You get what you deserve. Now if you never said one word about the women in your life and she hit you I can understand you have a case for assault. But when you talk shit all over the internet about her. You better be ready to back up your words when you come face to face with that person and take your likes and not run to the cops and press charges.”

Sylvia and Magana then began to argue back and forth on Twitter. Their entire exchange can be seen below.
