UFC Results: Penn Gets Embarrassed… Again

The UFC made its long-awaited return to Oklahoma City for a special Sunday edition of UFC Fight Night.

The event featured a combination of former champions, top contenders, and rising prospects.

Dennis Siver picked up the biggest win of his UFC career in Oklahoma City. Siver defeated former UFC champion BJ Penn.

Siver land kicks early in the fight, while Penn threw punches. Siver landed a front kick to the chin. Both fighters traded blows early in the fight. Siver landed a spinning kick to the body. He also landed a punch that knocked Penn’s mouthpiece out. The first round ended with Siver landing multiple kicks to the body.

Siver continued to attack with his kicks early in the second round. He continued to get the better of each striking exchange throughout the round. Penn dropped Siver with a uppercut but Siver used a submission attempt to recover. Penn took top position but didn’t produce much damage at the end of the middle round.

The third round started with Siver once again throwing hard leg kicks. Siver was the more active fighter throughout the final round. Siver severely hurt Penn’s left leg due to leg kicks. In the final moments of the fight, Siver picked up his aggression a picked Penn apart.
