GSP Can Hold His Breath Underwater Longer Than You, Posts New Video To Prove It

Georges St-Pierre is one of the most dominant welterweight fighter in the history of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Back in 2013, the then reigning champion decided to call it a career. GSP has been sitting on the sidelines since his victory over Johny Hendricks over four years ago and had always talked about returning to the UFC.  Now Georges St. Pierre is back to make another appearance inside the octagon. This time, the former champion is moving up in weight to take on UFC middleweight champion Michael “The Count” Bisping.

Doing a little training in the water, Georges St. Pierre recently decided to share a video with his fans. In the video below, Georges St-Pierre can be seen accepting a “little challenge” inside the pool. This is just part of GSP’s crazy training regimen he puts himself through during fight preparation.

In an Instagram post, Georges St. Pierre stated:

“I had to do a little challenge after pool training yesterday. It’s me swimming like a rock. Thanks to my NYC boys @Carl_Massaro & @Mark_Cerrone for the help!”

Georges St. Pierre and Michael Bisping will face off in the main event of UFC 217 on Nov. 4 inside the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York.
