With women around the world continuing to join the viral speak up fight that is now dubbed #MeToo, it was only a matter of time, unfortunately, before one of MMA’s own athletes spoke up too.
It’s a sad state of affairs when so many women around the world have been victims, and hopefully the #MeToo fight gives women a voice to stop the vicious cycle of abuse.
Shockingly enough, MMA female fighting legend Tara LaRosa says a Massachusetts Athletic Commission Doctor gave her a breast exam, when one wasn’t needed.
Another fighter in the form of Roxanne Modaffari chimed in too, recalling the same incident.
