It would appear that record breaking UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic is back to reality just days after his phenomenal performance over the weekend.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was in Boston, Massachusetts on Saturday, Jan. 20, for UFC 220. The exciting night of fights featured a heavyweight war in the main event, as reigning champion Stipe Miocic faced off against rising challenger Francis Ngannou.
Miocic put on a dominant performance over the rising knockout artist, ultimately earning a unanimous decision victory for his third consecutive title defense. The victory cemented Miocic’s place in the mixed martial arts history books, as the champion broke the record for most consecutive UFC heavyweight title defenses.
That being said, Miocic is seemingly already back to doing chores around the house just three days after the record breaking title defense. Taking to Instagram, the champion stated:
“The swiffer goat. Pregnant wives with intermittent sea sickness and cleaning OCD are fun! #realitycheck”
