Miocic: ‘D.C. is good, just not good enough’

The baddest man on the planet, Stipe Miocic is as confident as they come, and after besmirching The UFC’s 1 in a million athlete in Francis Ngannou, he has every right to be.

In his next fight he’s facing a contender for GOAT status in Daniel Cormier, and even though D.C. is undefeated in the heavyweight division, Miocic’s confidence is not lacking.

In a new talk with the Las Vegas Review Journal, Miocic stated, “I think he’s an amazing fighter and a great champion,” he said. “I think he’s great. But he hasn’t fought anyone like me yet.”

The two champions are presently filming the latest edition of The Ultimate Fighter. And though the two are self-proclaimed friends, the confidence from Miocic might start to get under D.C.’s skin, who is a known emotional fighter.
