John Dodson Takes Out Pedro Munhoz On FS1 | UFC Results

A highly anticipated mixed martial arts event is going down tonight, March 3, inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is hosting UFC 222 for the Las Vegas crowd, offering a fight card full of exciting match ups live on pay-per-view.

Continuing the night of fights, bantamweights John Dodson and Pedro Munhoz are battling it out inside the octagon. The UFC results can be seen down below.

The fight kicked off at a fast pace, with Dodson firing off with a series of strikes that put Munhoz on his back foot. The two mixed martial arts warriors stood and traded for the five minute war, with Dodson seemingly getting the better of his opponent in the exchanges.

The second round opened at a similar pace. Munhoz began to throw body kicks that offered the fighter some distance from his opponent.

However, Dodson continued to control the pace of the fight. Munhoz began stalking his opponent, looking to land a powerful bomb on his opponent.

In the final moments of the round, Munhoz struck Dodson with an accidental low blow that sent the fighter to his knees. Dodson elected to continue the fight after taking a few moments to recover. The sound of the bell fired off before the fighters could stand and trade once more.

The final round opened up with Munhoz landing another accidental low kick that brought the fight to a momentary pause. After being given a moment to recover, Dodson elected to continue fighting.

Back to the action, Dodson continued to seemingly get the better of his opponent in the stand up. However, Munhoz patiently waited to counter Dodson with a collection of powerful bombs. In the end, neither fighter managed to get a finish.

This one has gone the distance.
