OMG! Dana Fires Yair Rodriguez, Takes To Twitter And ‘Owns’ Him There Too

There has seemingly been some friction between Yair Rodriguez and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) as of late. Following the fighter’s release from the UFC roster, UFC President Dana White has come forward with a wounding message over the matter.

Featherweight contender Yair Rodriguez was recently released from his fight contract with the UFC. Rodriguez was reportedly being set to face off against Zabit Magomedsharipov on Aug. 4.

However, Rodriguez quickly took to social media to deny the reports. The fighter simply stated, “#FakeNews.”

Since then, Rodriguez has been cut from the roster. Dana White reportedly cited the fighter’s alleged refusal to accept multiple fight offers as the reasoning behind the decision.

White claimed that Rodriguez could take his talent to another promotion, if the fighter was not going to accept bout offers provided for him. Following Rodriguez’s removal from the UFC, Dana White has now come forward with a grilling message in response to Rodriguez’s recent Tweet.
