The highly anticipated UFC 224 event went down on Saturday, May 12. Inside Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion featured a series of exciting match ups.
Among them, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu phenom Mackenzie Dern made her sophomore octagon performance against Amanda Cooper on the live pay-per-view main card of UFC 224. While Dern missed weight for the fight by a massive 7.4 pounds, the grappling ace earned a stunning submission victory over Cooper in their catchweight match up.
