Ronda Rousey Issues Dark Threat To Upcoming Opponent After Booking Short-Notice Title Match

Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion and mixed martial arts trailblazer Ronda Rousey has successfully transitioned into the world of professional wrestling. Now the fighter turned WWE superstar is set to make her first run at the Raw Women’s Championship.

Rousey put on a stunning performance in her WWE pay-per-view debut at WrestleMania 34. The Olympic Judo medalist beat down Triple H and submitted Stephanie McMahon in a tag team match up alongside Kurt Angle.

Since then, Rousey has made a series of Monday Night Raw Appearances that have culminated in Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax calling out the former UFC title holder. Now the two are set to throw down at Money in the Bank on June 17 in Chicago, Illinois. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view.

Taking to Instagram, Rousey has now decided to offer her opponent a dark message. Check it out below:

“Funny thing is we could have been great friends @niajaxwwe …. I was sorry to see how easily @stephaniemcmahon got in your head… I’m sorry your title reign will be so short…. You may not be like most girls …. but I am like NO ONE…. You made the wrong choice challenging me. You have no idea who you’re messing with… but I’ll be happy to show you at #MITB”
