Mixed martial arts is a demanding sport. Fighters must hone both their minds and their bodies to peak physical condition in order to compete at the highest level. But, even when fighters come prepares, things can still end in an instant.
In the video above, a women’s mixed martial arts bout can be seen going down. The woman in red was struggling against the fence, until her opponent made the fatal error of letting her return to the center of the cage.
The mistake proved to be a fatal one, as the woman in red smashed her opponent with a devastating right hand. Her opponent immediately dropped to the canvas, with the referee quickly diving in to call a stop to the contest.
