Super Paid For A Super Fight! Massive Salaries For D.C. And Miocic Revealed

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was in Las Vegas, Nev. over the weekend for International Fight Week. Following the year’s most highly anticipated fight card having gone down last night, the time has come to take a look at UFC fighter salaries.

UFC 226 took place inside the T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, July 7, for the Las Vegas crowd. The live pay-per-view event featured a series of exciting match ups.

UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier made history by knockout out UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic within the first round of their main event bout. Cormier is now only the second fighter in UFC history to ever hold two division titles simultaneously.

Without including the fight-night bonuses, Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay or any other additional payments from the promotion, many of the night’s fighters walked away with massive salaries. Cormier earned a cool $500,000 alongside Miocic’s massive $750,000.
