A Look At How Conor Will Likely Handle Khabib From Bottom Position

When Conor McGregor captured his first ever gold hardware in the UFC’s Octagon, he did so against short notice replacement fighter Chad Mendes.

In the fight, Mendes gave Conor the first bit of adversity in his UFC career by repeatedly taking him down.

Unfortunately for Mendes fans, due to taking the fight on short notice, Chad didn’t have the cardio to sustain a pace that would keep McGregor on his back, and instead got finished with a signature McGregor punch.

Prior to that though, we got to see how Conor handles himself on his back, and he’s pretty reckless and offensive.

Khabib fans might take note.
