Former interim UFC lightweight champion Tony Ferguson is set to make his big octagon return in the co-main event of UFC 229 on Saturday. In promotion for the fight, “El Cucuy” stared down his upcoming opponent at the recent ceremonial weigh-ins.
UFC 229 goes down Oct. 6 from within the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. Co-headlining the live pay-per-view event, Tony Ferguson will be taking on former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted the UFC 229 ceremonial weigh-ins in promotion for the fight on Friday night. During the weigh-ins, Ferguson and Pettis had their final staredown. Check it out within the video provided above.
