Former UFC welterweight champion Johny Hendricks is retired from the sport of mixed martial arts. That being said, the talented fighter is now set to make his big debut within the sport of bare-knuckle boxing.
Johny Hendricks is set to headline World Bare Knuckle Fighting Federation’s inaugural event on Nov. 9 within the Casper Events Center in Casper, Wyo. Hendricks was initially set to face off against Brennan Ward for the event. However, Ward pulled out of the fight following contract disputes.
The promotion has since officially announced that Johny Hendricks will now be facing Dakota Cochrane in the night’s headliner.
