At November’s UFC 205, Joanna Jedrzejczyk retained her UFC women’s strawweight title beating Karolina Kowalkiewicz by unanimous decision. The fight had its moments and was competitive in round three through five with Kowalkiewicz giving the champion a tougher fight than expected.
But, that doesn’t mean the top two female fighters in Poland have to like each other, evident by a post by “Joanna Champion” in regards to no rematch since she feels she won the fight pretty handily and a response by Kowalkiewicz.

A rematch down the line especially in Poland could be the biggest fight in women’s MMA history. If Jedrzejczyk and Kowalkiewicz continue to win their fights, a second fight will definitely occur.
