When dangerous weather hits your local area it’s quite often advised that residents stay at home and wait for the conditions to clear up, but that wasn’t the case for these Brisbane locals.
Flash flooding hit Brisbane as a result of Cyclone Debbie and a few guys decided to ignore the authorities warnings to have some fun in the water. Take a look at a few residents doing some surfing in the middle of flood waters of South East Queensland.
