As the Ultimate Fighting Championship continues to grow, the roster within each division grows along with it. However, as the matchmakers continue to make the rankings mean nothing, it’s getting increasingly difficult for fighters to climb their way up the rankings to prove themselves as championship contenders. When elite Team Alpha Male featherweight Andre Fili stopped eleventh-ranked Hacran Dias, he was still snubbed by the ranking committee.
Fili knows he is a top-ten talent and refuses to take a step back in competition after his impressive victory over Dias. That’s why when unranked Jeremy Kennedy called out Fili he was quickly shut down by the Team Alpha Male fighter:

I beat #11 in the world. I want an opponent with a name. Not someone with 700 followers tryna talk himself into a fight he doesn't deserve. https://t.co/T94pbiQ4x2
