It would appear that UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor is continuing to live up to his “notorious” name, as the champion is currently looking to purchase a 1.5 million ruble handbag in Moscow.
As first reported by Life #Sport, McGregor is looking to pick up a new, special ordered crocodile skin and gold handbag. It will set the champion back an estimated $1.5 Million in Russian currency.
Made from “weightless” crocodile skin, in which the animal is suspended for the entirety of its life, and marked with gold, the handbag will be ready on May 9 for McGregor’s arrival in Moscow.
McGregor has been keeping himself busy as of late. While the fighter has admitted that he would like a momentary break from the UFC, he is looking for a cross-promotional bout with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.
Most recently, Mayweather came out of retirement to fight the UFC champion, breathing new life into the hopes that the fight will come to fruition.
At the current rate of exchange, Conor’s purchase is equivalent to approximately $25,000.00
