Detective Daniel Tomaino testified in court during the trial of former MMA athlete War Machine, revealing some startling information for the trial.
War Machine, formerly known as Jon Koppenhaver, is currently on trial for allegedly assaulting former girlfriend Christy Mack. War Machine is facing thirty-four felony counts including sexual assault, attempted murder and battery.
Bloody Elbow reported that the most recent allegation came from Detective Daniel Tomaino who said, “I just couldn’t understand what she was saying but it was because she didn’t have teeth.” Tomaino visited Mack in the hospital, shortly after the incident.
War Machine has pleaded guilty to all charges and the trial will resume Monday afternoon.
