Well, at least that’s how he’s telling it.
Comedian and radio host Bryan Callen has gone to Instagram to share a harrowing tale of his epic adventure with UFC contender Nate Diaz.
With the top comment fittingly lined, “true story,” Callen speaks of defending the UFC fighter from a group of “Kung Fu guys” with decapitating head kicks.
While The Fighter and the Kid co-host may not have been totally truthful in his storytelling, Callen’s post is still worth a good read.
“Ran into this guy tonight. One of my all time favorites – as is his brother. He’s a rare species. What a pleasure. He asked me if I trained. I said, ‘yeah. I box.’ Then I said, ‘but no. I don’t. I mean YOU box but I put on gloves and hop around’ then he said, ‘that’s cool’ Then, 6 guys from a local but dangerous kung fu school came into the bar and said, ‘we want to fight you @natediaz209 and I said, ‘Nate, let me deal with this’ I then high kicked hard and accurately for almost 40 seconds leaving said Kung Fu guys dead and headless on the floor. Nate laughed and said, ‘bro, your feet are stupid fast and deadly’ then I said, ‘umm don’t you mean super fast and HEADLY ‘ (cuz of all the heads everywhere)Then we toasted and laughed hard. – the end.”
