Former UFC fighter turned former middleweight, Alan Belcher seems to have been hitting the gym since his last UFC appearance three years ago.
The former fighter has nearly doubled in size, posting his bodybuilding to Instagram. In the post, Belcher says
“Got a fun workout in with the crew here at alliance and got to watch and talk with @wilsonreis7 future #flyweight champ!! @alliancemmagym .. thank you for allowing me to come visit and tran guys. Thank you Dad Dae for the awesome pad session.”
