MMA insider Dizz has gone to Twitter to announce that the McGregor vs. Mayweather fight is on.
The insider posted a Showtime fight poster featuring the two warriors with the phrase, “Yep. This is happening!!”
Shortly after, Dizz tweeted “This is all in the hands of Mayweather. Floyd hates the media for accurately reporting him beating a woman. He’ll make the announcement.”
UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor and boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. have been attempting to put together this bout for some time now. While no official announcement has yet been made, the fight seems to draw closer and closer to reality with the coming days. Now, only time will tell.
