It’s Official: Conor McGregor Has Taken Over Boxing

Irishman Michael Conlan made his boxing debut inside the Madison Square Garden yesterday, with a visit from a famed UFC champion.

In New York for St. Patrick’s Day, UFC Lightweight Champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor decided to support Conlan in his debut by walking the fighter out to the ring.

McGregor is currently trying to lock in an epic cross-promotional bout with now non-retired boxing legend Floyd Mayweather. Lately, UFC President Dana White has been changing his tune on the cross-promotional prospect, claiming the fight would be “interesting.”
