Ultimate Fighting Championship was left scrambling on Friday morning when it was made official that Khabib Nurmagomedov would be forced out of his championship fight due to an illness. Khabib no-showed the weigh-ins altogether, not even attempting to make weight. Nurmagomedov was taken to a hospital on Thursday evening due to complications from his weight cut and was ultimately ruled unfit to compete by doctors.
The remainder of the “UFC 209” roster made their fights official on Friday morning, and it’s time for some fights! Woodley and Thompson throw down in the main event to decide the fate of the welterweight championship. Check out the full results below:
