UFC middleweight contender Gegard Mousasi met the end of his contract with the UFC after his contentious victory over former champion Chris Weidman at UFC 210 last weekend.
Now, the fighter faces free agency.
Mousasi has voiced concerns with his pay from the promotion in the past. In the post-fight press conference for UFC 210, the fighter claimed that he should be payed more. Though, UFC President Dana White claimed in the press conference that the fighter is not selling out arenas.
The two have yet to come to an agreement for a new contract.
