UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor is working hard to sanction a cross-promotional bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr. While the fight has not been officially announced, some believe the fight is simply a matter of time.
Floyd Mayweather has officially come out of retirement, exclusively to train for fighting the UFC champion. McGregor has taken some time off from the UFC for the expected birth of his child, while he prepares for his hopeful bout with Mayweather in his own way.
Now, boxing phenom Amir Khan has come forward to admit that he has seen Conor McGregor train. Khan believes that the UFC champion’s boxing is perhaps better than some give him credit for.
“I’ve been watching Conor McGregor train and he’s looking really good. He’s got some good moves on him.” Amir Khan stated on Luke Daily Sports.
