Former UFC bantamweight champion Miesha Tate has gone to Instagram to share the results of a recent practice. Having cultivated a shore of fight fans, the former champion often provides some feedback to her fan base. The fighter, now retired, has asked fans to caption the image.
The former Ultimate Fighting Championship competitor can be seen slumped over her grappling partner. “Thanks @follismma for capturing this moment during practice lol, now you guys can think of a caption bc I couldn’t haha!” Tate said in the post.
Miesha Tate has not been inside the octagon since her unanimous decision loss to Raquel Pennington at UFC 205. Before that, the former champion faced a loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 200. The fighter ended her career on the two fight losing streak.
