Muay Thai phenom Tiffany Van Soest has gone to Facebook to show off some of her recent training. The Muay Thai fighter has formed a storied career in the fighting world. A title holder in both Lion Fight Promotions and Glory, the Muay Thai competitor has gained a reputation for her skill.
Now, Tiffany Van Soest has gone to Facebook to show herself training. In the video, the fighter can be seen brutally kicking a banana tree. After giving the tree a few good blows, the video transitions into the fighter going through her normal workout routines.
Some martial artists choose to kick trees to deaden the nerves in their shins, potentially allowing for more power in their strikes. While it is not clear if this was the intention or not, it is clear that the tree seems to have lost the confrontation.
