UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has proven to be not only one of the most lethal strikers in her division but one of the most devastating strikers in all of the UFC.

Footage of one of Jedrzejczyk’s most recent training sessions shows the champion’s incredible punching speed. The video below shows Jedrzejczyk throwing numerous punches every second.

Jedrzejczyk is currently scheduled to defend her title against Jessica Andrade in the co-main event of UFC 211 on May 13 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

Jedrzejczyk is undefeated with 13 wins. Her last four wins have all been successful title defenses. Jedrzejczyk win streak includes notable wins over Juliana Lima, Claudia Gadelha, Carla Esparza, Jessica Penna, Valerie Letourneau, and Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

Andrade may be the champion’s toughest challenge to date. She is unbeaten as a strawweight and is on a three-fight win streak. She has a TKO win over Penne and a submission win over Joanne Calderwood. Andrade is coming off a decision win over Angela Hill in February.
