Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has seemingly distanced herself away from the octagon. The fighter has not competed since UFC 207 of last year.
Still, Ronda Rousey has created such an impact on the UFC promotion that fighters and fans continue to speculate on the former champion. Among them, mixed martial arts veteran Bas Rutten has decided to add his two cents into the mix.
In a recent interview, Bas Rutten explained that he believes not much changed for the former champion going into her most recent bout. When the fighter faces Amanda Nunes, Bas Rutten believes her movement was much the same.
Beyond that, Bas Rutten explained that he believes Ronda Rousey has an anger issue inside the octagon. “That whole angry look thing, that needs to go.” Rutten said, when explaining that bringing anger into the cage is not necessarily the greatest tactic.
