UFC 211 is set to go down tomorrow night inside the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas. In the main and co-main events, Ultimate Fighting Champion ship (UFC) champions will be putting their titles on the line.
In the main event, UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic will be taking on former heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos. In the co-main event, undefeated UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk will be taking on rising challenger Jessica Andrade.
While the main and co-main event are still set to go down, the mixed martial arts promotion has had a slight hiccup with its preliminary card. Now, a bout has been removed.
UFC lightweight Jared Gordon was initially set to face off against Michel Quinones in a preliminary bout for the night’s event. However, Jared Gordon has since gone to social media to reveal that he will not be making it to the fight. The fighter was rushed to the hospital and given an IV, making the fighter ineligible for competition.
