Former UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman recently shared a video of himself scaring his teammate “Raging” Al Iaquinta.
Iaquinta made the mistake of falling asleep in the passenger seat as Weidman was driving. Weidman recorded himself screaming and touching Iaquinta in order to startle and wake up the lightweight contender.
Also in the video, which can be seen below, Weidman makes a phone call pretending to be Iaquinta.
Weidman is scheduled to headline a UFC on FOX event in his home state of New York on July 22. Weidman will fight middleweight contender Kelvin Gastelum.
Iaquinta is currently one of the top lightweight contenders in the UFC. He is coming off a knockout win over former title challenger Diego Sanchez. Iaquinta is on a five-fight win streak in the UFC. He has notable wins over Ross Pearson, Joe Lauzon, and Jorge Masvidal.
