There’s good officers of the law, and there’s bad ones. And while we’re slow to pass judgement on this officer, one thing is certain, he takes a different approach to law enforcement.
In this rarely captured video, this officer implores his suspect to “throw them hands”, and even promises no arrest will come of it.
When the two do finally engage in a full blown street fight, another officer comes in to aid, but is quickly ushered away so the original officer can live up to his word and give this perp a free fight.
