Former UFC fighter Diego Brandao continues to look impressive outside the UFC.
On Thursday, Brandao headlined Fight Nights Global 67 in Russia. In the main event, Brandao took just 39 seconds to knockout Vener Galiev.

In the fight, Brandao landed a powerful right hand that dropped Galiev. Brandao then jumped on top on Galiev and began throwing more strikes. The referee did not take long to step in an award Brandao with a TKO victory.
Brandao is on a two-fight winning streak since leaving the UFC. In his last UFC fight, in 2016, Brandao was submitted by featherweight prospect Brian Ortega.
Brandao is a former winner of The Ultimate Fighter. He won the competition by defeating Dennis Bermudez. He also has experience fighting some of the best fighters in the UFC including, Darren Elkins, Dustin Poirier, and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.
