John Gotti, the grandson of the famous mob boss John Gotti, is expected to make his professional MMA debut in the near future.
Gotti has an amateur MMA record of 5-1. He is currently on a four-fight win streak. Gotti’s last fight was in the welterweight division. However, he has also competed as a middleweight and light heavyweight.
Gotti’s grandpa was an infamous mob boss in New York. Later this year, a theatrical film is expected to be released about Gotti’s life. Gotti is being played by John Travolta. The film was directed by Kevin Conolly.
In his amateur MMA career, two of Gotti’s wins have come by knockout or TKO. His other three wins came by decision, two of which were split decisions. One must think whether or not Gotti’s connection to the mob may have played a factor in those judges picking a winner.
Met @johnnJrGotti yesterday in NYC. He's the grandson of John Gotti and is expecting to make his pro MMA debut in the fall. 5-1 ammy record.
