UFC strawweight contender Jessica Andrade faced off against the UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk at tonight’s co-main event in Dallas, Texas. The two threw down at UFC 211 for the Dallas crowd.
Ultimately, the fight did not go in Andrade’s favor. By way of unanimous decision, Joanna Jedrzejczyk pulled away with the victory. Still, the night was not a total loss for the rising contender.
Directly after the bout, Jessica Andrade took a moment to propose to her girlfriend on live television in front of the Dallas crowd. It would appear that Andrade’s girlfriend accepted the proposal.
Jessica Andrade is the first UFC female fighter to propose to their girlfriend in the octagon, making for a historic evening.
