Former UFC title challenger Jessica Andrade has offered to fight Angela Magana on behalf of Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino.
This past weekend, Justino punched Magana while attending the UFC Athlete Retreat in Las Vegas. Justino assaulted Magana after she confronted her over insulting tweets. Magana had recently posted photos on her social media comparing “Cyborg” to the Jigsaw character from the “Saw” movies.
Since the altercation, Magana has pressed charges against Justino, and is expecting “Cyborg” to face felony charges.
Despite the incident, Magana has not stopped attacking Justino via social media. Magana even challenged Justino’s training partner Gabi Garcia.
“Ok,so let´s do this…You cant fight Gabi or Cris anyways, so I volunteer to hit you inside the octagon,” Andrade tweeted at Magana on Wednesday.
Andrade is one of the top strawweight fighters in the world. In her last fight, she lost a five-round decision to UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk. She also has wins over Joanne Calderwood, Angela Hill, Jessica Penne, and Raquel Pennington.
Magana has not fought in almost two years and is on a four-fight losing streak. She has lost both of her fights in the UFC. Her UFC losses came against Michelle Waterson and Tecia Torres.
