Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos is confident going into his title fight against UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic.
“I would invite him to a barbecue after the fight,” Dos Santos told TMZ. “I’m going to take your belt, Stipe. I’m going to take your belt from you, but then we can have something like a barbecue later because he’s a nice guy.”
Dos Santos predicts he will knockout Miocic to once again become heavyweight champion. He says he will like to do it within the first two rounds.
Dos Santos already has a victory over Miocic. In Dec. 2014, Dos Santos won a decision against the current champion.
Since then, Miocic has not lost a fight and has managed to win and defend the heavyweight title.
Dos Santos has not fought since April 2016. He is coming off a decision win against Ben Rothwell.
UFC 211 takes place May 13 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
